Very pleasant stay. Friendly crew overall especially at the reception and pool bar. Bartender Dilshan was very humble and spoiled the guests as if everybody was on holiday. After a tirefull time for business it was the perfect changeover to go home . Like to spend more time at ibis Abu Dhabi gate.

I appreciate Mr. Waleed for being very kind and helpful for any doubts and being a sincere helpful hand to me. Also, Mr.Salih for making hotel experience good and always keeping up with good attitude. The room service team also deserves a good appreciation for being nice and warming and maintaining the clean standard all the time.

Had a great 19 days stay here whilst waiting on visa and some courses for work . I would like to give a huge mention to “Nadun, Dilshan , Dhiraj “ who work at the pool bar and help in the Italian restaurant these 3 made my stay that bit extra special ibis hotel should be proud to have these 3 working for them . The food and drinks were fantastic I will be back.

I stayed here for 10 days while my company organised I residence visa for me. It was a great experience and the hotel is excellent. The staff at this hotel are all excellent and really make it good. Although they were all good I want to give a special mention Nadun, Dhiraj and Dilahan at the pool bar they were excellent. Also the lady who does housekeeping on level 5 she was unbelievably good at her job. Also Kushen at the Belgian bar in hotel was awesome service and credit to the hotel!
